I was so very pleased with service at Hank Graff. Brandon Banks is the greatest salesperson. He was very helpful and explained everything well. He was very patient. He went and got a 2018 Equinox for me and after he mentioned one with a sunroof I said “Oh Yes, I forgot about that.” He said no problem and went to get one with a sunroof. By the way, this is my first lease and first SUV. Thank you Brandon. I will definitely buy from Brandon Banks and Graff.

Thank you to Graff Chevrolet in Davison and Kody Mayhew from the service department. They always treat me right. On this Veterans Day, they went beyond that extra mile. They are an honest business. At almost 125,000 miles, I thought my brakes needed to be replaced on my truck. They could have taken advantage of me, but they’re not that kind of business. Great service!

Really enjoyed meeting Hank Graff used car salesman Mark Swanson when I can in to look at a newer model used car.
