Spent $2000 in the service department then had to clean the snow off before I could safely drive home. Suggested they provide that service (especially when someone just spent 2K) and was told they are short handed today. �
We bought a 2018 Equinox from Debbie Schlegelmilch. We have had very bad experiences with sales people when it came to buying cars. When we came in to buy a car from Debbie the buying experience was awesome. She went over and beyond to help us. She was not pushy. She was very knowledgeable about the car. She is amazing. Thought this was a good dealership at first. Bought 2 used veichels both under 2yrs old in the past 3 years. Was going to get a third in September but the salesman ( Scott Bailey) that sold me the other cars had a craptastic attitude so I just left. Than the service center is even worse. Always a 2 or more hr wait for an oil change. Than today I sat in line for 45min before someone came out to tell me I had at least another hour wait. No thanks. This dealership is run like a well oiled machine. I honestly cannot think of one thing to improve on. They have it covered. The purchase of a new car, to oil changes, to an unfortunate hit and run accident in a parking lot which lead to a visit to the body shop. They treat you like a celebrity. To say anymore is going to sound like I either own the dealership or know someone that works there. And neither one is true.

I was greeted by the service dept. personnel as soon as I entered the area. They listened to my need and requests and completed the job in a short amount of time while I waited in the lounge area. My car was returned in clean order - all settings as I had left them and the service completed.
Just bought a 2018 equinox from Chris H. who is honest, caring and always makes sure I am satisfied !!!!
