Don't buy a car from hank Graff Davison unless you are trying to get into a project! I went in to buy a car out right and was treated like total garbage by the salesman. I find a car to test drive anyways, I take it to have it scanned and it spits out 6 codes. When I asked about it they played stupid. Needless to say I took my business to Todd Wenzel in Davison. My sister buys a car from hank graff and within not even 24 hours the check engine light was on and it was driving funny, turns out to be over $1000 worth of stuff w... read more

We bought an Equinox from here and have been having problems with it since we got it (check engine light, stability errors, continuous power when truck is off, lost of power on highway, speedometer not working). We have taken it in numerous times and each time we were sent out the door, even after OnStar had given us a diagnosis of what was wrong. Purchased a $14k 2010 Equinox off Todd typical sales person talks a good game suckered the girlfriend into buying it now 6 months later rear main seal in crankshaft went out.. Called service department was told they charge $105 to see what happened. Took it up there, They called same day said it blew a head gasket and motors shot have to get a new for about $6000 had it sent to a trusted mechinc they went over it for 3 days found out it's a rear main crankshaft seal that went out a $825 fix.. Just a huge thank you to the wonderful guys in the service department! I took my Envoy in for a problem with the headlights and they had everything fixed sooner then they had originally stated. They are also some of the most customer service friendly reps for a company I have ever had the pleasure to meet. What couldve been an average interaction was actually an example of excellence in business practice. Way to go above and beyond. Thank you all, Matt, Patrick and Ray.
