The staff are extremely rude. I misheard what the man said to me and asked him to repeat it and he blanked me, his colleague had to repeat it for him while he stared blankly down. Extremely rude and impatient

Worst customer service and application I have ever experienced. I have been to this salon on multiple occasions over the years and I regret it every time. I asked for a gel nail soak off today. Instead, the woman drilled the entirety of the polish off to the point of drilling away at my natural nail. She damaged my nails badly leaving them weak and brittle. I had my nails done yesterday, the technician was rushing as there was a queue, and she was being rough with the drill, I had to move my hands or say "ouch" several times, when my skin was red around my nails, I thought she'd be more careful, but no, she went in a second time and I had to keep telling her to be careful because it's sore now. She said ok, but then even when she saw the bleeding, she was continuing to dig her nail in and scrape the cut to try and get rid of the cured gel that she got onto my skin. It was painf... read more
