Let me start by saying Alaina Kuzins was my angel today! She opened her heart and the doors making this hard time for our family way better! Being across from McGees and having a shuttle service for treatments etc along with a free breakfast, new rooms and a clean safe place to call home for the next few weeks takes a load off my families minds! Great staff and the continental breakfast is excellent, rooms are remodeled and clean. The walls are paper thin however, lots of noise and voices while laying in bed. Won't be coming back.
Everyone from the front desk attendant to the housekeeping staff to the shuttle drivers were very accommodating, professional and friendly. Unfortunately we were there because it was located close to the hospital and my husband was a patient. Was not under good circumstances. They made things a lot easier and took the stress out of finding a place to stay. Thank you to you and your staff for doing what you do.
Had a great time in Pittsburgh. This is tge second time we stayed at this Hampton Inn. Great staff, very accommodating and if my son decides that University of Pittsburgh us the college for him then we will be staying here more often!
