Amazing staff. Beautiful rooms. Did I mention amazing staff. Kaylin and John were so helpful and fun. Rick, the shuttle driver gave us a great impromptu tour and history lesson. July 5-7,2016

The staff at this hotel were amazing, we were in Pittsburgh to go to Children's hospital and I had enough to worry about and they were very accommodating!! The rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful!!
Very pleased! Second time staying here the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Staff there was outstanding. We booked a room on Expedia and accidently put the wrong dates they called them for us and got them to refund our money on a nonrefundable purchase and got us a room for the night we actually needed it. Breakfast was pretty good. And the rooms are clean and well kept anytime I come back to Pittsburgh this is where I will be staying.
