The people that work at this hotel are great. Got put in the small one queen bed room and was not very happy with the size of the room. The rates during the week are great. The weekend rates are astronomical.
Great place to stay,my mother was in the hospital Pittsburgh we spent a few weekends there rooms were great breakfast buffet we used the hotel shuttle service to and from the hospital next time in Pittsburgh we will definitely stay again
Super accommodations. We used the shiutle service often which saved us the hassle of trying to find parking lots that werent full. Very close to Carnegie Mellon and University of Pittsburgh.
We have been travelling to UPMC and the Hampton Inn UMC for 25 years. It became a home away from home in my most ill moments. We love the staff and accommodations. Everyone at this hotel will make it right for you, even being sick. I highly recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars because nothing else would fit.
