Staff was great, the resort is beautiful. Wi-Fi sucked, dishwasher was broken. Stairs were not marked well at all when we had an evacuation.

I booked a 3 bedroom suite to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The check-in process was a bit rough. Nobody seemed to be willing to show us to our room and it took us walking back and forth 3 times to request directions before we finally found it. But once we did, the suite was fabulous, the view was amazing and we had a wonderful time. And Chris, the golf cart driver was awesome. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful room in the South tower, gorgeous grounds. Plenty of pools but lots of kids on the weekend. Most restaurants were closed such as Delphinos, only open Fri and Sat night. Sushi bar at 5:30. Harry from coffee bar was a wonderful man who will make your day and a young man named Zack helped us find things we were looking for. If you book a massage at the spa, get it in writing for your wallet. We were bumped to an hour later so we didn't get our couples birthday massage. Overall a wonderful experience.
We booked a room here via a deal found through Amex. Had no idea what we were in for, but could not have been happier!!! The room was stunning, and the staff was so kind! Also, the resort amentities included fabulous restaurants, multiple pools, and a lazy river. Perfect for families, couples, or a girl's/guy's vacation. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights as guests of friends. It was just me, my husband and our 2-month-old and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and we still managed to find things to do, even with our baby. The and beach is perfect for families with young babies/kids and there were lots of shaded areas for us to choose from. We had a good time at the resort. The kids enjoyed the pools and the beach for that part I would rate higher but our experience sat night was terrible The fire alarm went off in the north tower around 1130. I would give them a 1 for dealing with this We climbed down 8 flights of stairs with 5 kids no one met us at the bottom there was no one to give us Direction. we finally walked to the main tower. they had no information but told us to go back to our rooms and the alarm was off. we went back to our room the fire alarm went... read more
