The resort is beautiful. The golf course is amazing. But I don't care for their recent deceptive pricing scheme. They mark up their promotions only to then give a discount. This leaves an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Recently, I was looking to book a hotel stay for August 8th. I was searching as a regular user and found a rate for $207. Just returned from a week at HBR to attend my son's wedding which was held there. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was first class and flawless. Upon arriving, the valet unloaded our entire Expedition, packed to the gills and had everything up to the room before I completed check-in. Cindi at the lobby coffee bar remembered my name after the second day. Beautiful resort love it ❤️❤️❤️ we had amazing 3 nights/4 days , the grounds were gorgeous , nice view from my room , my kids love the lazy river , we had nice condo in the main towers completely renovated I would come back

I've been here for a total of 6 hours and already the worst experience I've ever had! The air conditioning does not work in our room! We've called numerous times and have been told there is nothing that could be done! They state we can't have another room because they are sold out, yet the parking lots are empty! Not to mention they gave us this room 2 hours after the check in time because it wasn't ready!
I'm writing to let you know we had a horrible experience at the Cinnamon Beach pool on 6-11. We were there celebrating my husbands 40th birthday and had planned spending the day on the beach with some family and friends. We all had our own cups that were filled with ice water. The waitress proceeded to rudely tell us we couldn't have them around the pool. It's extremely hot and we couldn't have water? We put the cups away and ordered drinks from the bar.
