I expected a little more from this resort. Carpet looks to have pet urine stains in places. Linens on bed worn/torn. An umbrella fell over at the pool and the metal bar landed hard on my shoulder; two other guests had to assist me get it back up, no staff was around or offered to help me. I went and reported it to a lady at the Main Pool Entrance, she said she would have someone go lower all of the umbrellas. No remorse, she only asked "do you need attention of any kind". We did not stay at the resort but we did golf at the ocean course on 3/29/16. We paid $250 per player and were very disappointed with course conditions. The fairways were filled with weeds and crabgrass and most greens were black and dead. We had been looking forward to this trip for 18 months and what a disappointment - never again. My advice would be to call for conditions before booking.
We just left Hammock Beach Resort after a 5 day vacation! The resort was very family-friendly. Our kids (ages ranging 8-13) had a blast! The beach was pristine, the golf course was gorgeous & the pools were beautiful! The staff was helpful and the rooms were emaculate. This was our 2nd time here, but definitely not our last! ⛳️
This will be our last stay after 4 times. We had an issue with our room ( stained carpet and furniture ) this was resolved. I am sick of the " adult experience pool ". The manager does his best, but read the signs. I am on vacation , I shouldn't have to police the pool. I am already paying a lot for a drink to have an unattended child cannon ball into my drink and ruin it. Either police it better cause people don't care /can't read or you will lose business.
Can't wait to come back next year! My kids loved it and so did my husband and I. We has a fabulous time.
Great hotel for the price BUT I google Daytona Beach Ocean front hotels and this was one of them unfortunately it was about an hour away from Daytona in Palm City.
Our favorite family vacation destination! We love all the activities and amenities. Plus, Publix is right next door.
The first visit was great however last visit in October was miserable. Walked in to the main building for check in only to stand there for a hr with no help while golfers and staff had their feet up on the desks. After watching others being taken care of I had asked for a refund to stay else where funny how fast they take care of you then. The condo we had at the Marina looked as if people tossed things into the walls,no WiFi .I called down only to be told as soon as we came back they would have maintenance bring us a WiFi b... read more
