So sad to come home after our 5 days there! Even though we went right after Hurricane Matthew and some things were under repair it was WONDERFUL. I went with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter...I'm so blessed to have gone. Impeccable staff, amenities, views, pools and AMAZING suite...ask for 843 in south ocean tower!!! Pools galore! Loved every minute and we LIVE in Florida ��

This is an awesome place to vacation! The entire staff is friendly and literally "at your service"! Our third year coming here and I can't get enough. I hate to leave!
First class all the way! We stayed in a 3 BR unit in the south building. Spacious and clean. All the staff was helpful. Pretty much had our own private pool. All this and only one week after Matthew hit. They were working hard to get everything back to normal.

I want to thank Terry Bechtold and his amazing staff for allowing me to come in under such crazy circumstances and propose to my girlfriend. You guys are amazing and we will definitely be back.
The check in process was a bit tedious, only 4 concierges available for a long line. The facilities and golf courses were top drawer. Our condo which is privately owned was not as well equipped as I felt it should be. All in all we had a great time.
Just left from a work trip and this place was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The views...don't even get me started! :) beautiful! The one thing that stands out in my mind about this location was the cleanliness. I've stayed in 100s of hotels with my job and have never seen clean like this. The shower was all glass and it looked like it was new glass, everyday! I've never seen anything like it. Book, go, enjoy!
I booked a 3 bedroom suite to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The check-in process was a bit rough. Nobody seemed to be willing to show us to our room and it took us walking back and forth 3 times to request directions before we finally found it. But once we did, the suite was fabulous, the view was amazing and we had a wonderful time. And Chris, the golf cart driver was awesome. We will definitely be back.
