My room had cob webs on the dinning room light and there was dust on the top rail of the curtains in the main lobby. The accommodations were horrible, we asked for a dish towel in the morning and had to wait till the next day. I was charge the wrong amount and it took 3 days to speak to a manager who would not fix it. I asked to speak to the HOA and could not be told a time frame of when they would call me...some customer service.
Meh. small enhancements and logical / regular maintenance could really upgrade this place. The staff is great, really sweet people but overall does not meet a "resort" standard.
The best manager hands down at Hammock Beach is Kevin Amico. He really knows how to make a hotel guest feel special and makes the whole experience at staying at Hammock Beach a better one!
Personalized and helpful service, beautiful beach access, easy access to grounds and amenities. I enjoyed beach runs and long reclines in beach chairs. The waves, the sky, the sand. Ahhhhhh.

Such a beautiful resort. So much to see and do especially with children.
From the time we drove into the entrance gate opening up to a qbreathtaking view of the grounds to the bell men to the concierge we were greeted with professional and warm friendly employees. We arrived our luxurious 3 bedroom condo on the 8th floor of the tower none less then to be welcomed by a greeting note from A member of the marketing staff along with a beautiful, delicious appetizer tray and drinks. Exceeded my expectations!!! Had a great time at the resort. Enjoyed our stay at the villa, which was very spacious. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. Thank you for your outstanding service.
