Staff and service was top notch and the resort itself was beautiful. I wish I had known that the course was being renovated as my husband was looking forward to golfing ocean side. It was part of the reason we came here as opposed to Innsbrook, which also had their courses closed our last visit. The room was very nice with the exception of the bedrooms being open to the walk way and not having any window treatments. I had to get extra sheets and tack them over the windows. As I sit here still fresh from the memories from a beautiful weekend wedding on this stunning property, I am already plotting my next visit. As soon as you see the gorgeous towers pulling through the lush driveways, you can begin to see what kind of experience you'll be in for. We stayed at Reunion resort in Orlando 2 years ago for Christmas and had an amazing experience, so we were excited to try Hammock Beach. Starting off we arrived in our room to find hair in the bathtub and a refrigerator that was not working, we called and room service promptly arrived and cleaned and maintenance showed up and replaced the refrigerator. That evening I took a shower and there was hair all over the walls and when we turned the bed down, hair in the bed. At this point, we just wanted to sleep, so we didn't call.... read more

Amazing! A real vacation. I felt pampered and catered to the whole time. Lots of things to do. Don't even need to leave resort. Most everyone was SO responsive to our needs/wants. Housekeeping made our 3/3 look spotless so quickly it was like magic. Only recommendation - I had trouble finding out info on kids program before and during visit.
