What a fantastic place! We love everything about it. Can't wait to return.
Came here due to all of the positive reviews and due to the resort being kid-friendly. All in all it has been a disappointing experience due to the following: 1. Check in is at 4pm. We weren't able to check in until closer to 5pm with them claiming they were "behind" and then our bags, which had to be kept with the bellman, took another hour and a half to get to us. Living in New York during a crazy snow storm (I believe in February) we booked Hammock Beach Resort. Many pools and lazy river I thought it's great for kids to have fun and as well for us when they asleep we can enjoy beautiful ocean view... by booking the hotel we requested that we want to have the high floor and be closest to the beach! We've been told that we will have a room in the tower recently renovated with ocean view but they can't tell what floor right at that moment.... Elegant, luxurious, beautiful scenery & landscape, over looking the ocean, pools with stunning waterfalls, with a pool bar at your service, superb staff, gorgeous ballrooms....endless luxury amenities. What's not to love? 5 stars..... Always love staycationing here. The best resort. �
