It's a very nice resort but definitely needs some updating and maintenence. Superficially good but plugs in my.bathroom didn't work (bad for especially a woman). I also had a problem with Joyce the bartender in the Lounge. I went and ate and had a couple drinks listening to the band. When it got crowded she told me Wait when I tried to order another drink and waited on other people. The second time she ignored me completely. Absolutely love this place. My husband need some R&R from the kids. The Resort location is perfect if you want to rest. Lots of amenities. Rooms are spectacular. Food is great also. 30 mins south is Daytona 30 mins. North is St. Augustine. We go back every year!
Had a great time. 2nd time we have stayed there. Rooms were great. Not over priced. Had Christmas buffet. Food was good. Luv the balcony over looking ocean.
An absolute top notch experience! Everyone at the resort understands the meaning of customer service!!
