Beautiful room and view friendly staff the Italian Restaurant was great
Checked in Saturday toilet over flowed maintenance plunged said housekeeping would be up to mop up they never showed after requesting again. Sunday two times had maintenance back to fix toilet. Monday again toilet problems they finally offered to switch rooms. I was told general manager would return and call me at 9:00 am, no call received. Sushi bar was out of the park! Suppsedively this resort was ranked #7 in the state of Florida. I would have bought a condo but customer service was below motel 6 level.

Me and a group of friends are staying here and it's five start all the way. Colin the concierge has given us nothing but the royal treatment and kindness from the time we checked in. This is going to be an amazing birthday weekend for my friend Jaime!!! I will be coming back with my family
Food and Beverage is certainly not 4 star. Simple premise hot food should be hot.
55 F outside and no hot water for the bathtub. Checked in at 4 pm. I reserved an ocean view room and they tried to give me another room saying it doesn't show an ocean view room on the reservation and I was lucky they had only 1 ocean view room left. Outside pools closed at 6pm. Inside pool area had no attendants, no arm floaters for kids.
Great place for conference. Clean, beautiful and conference room perfect temperature. Nice large, clean suite with gorgeous view. Will consider this as future vacation destination.
Great atmosphere and awesome staff!! Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Will be staying here again no doubt!
