About this business
Hammett House started operations in 1969 after almost 20 years of "dreaming and planning" on the part of Mrs. LaNelle Hammett. Now, after another 20 years of "dreaming and planning" on the part of Linda and Bill Biard we bring a remodeled, yet similar, Hammett House. Our goals are simple. We want to provide our guests with fine food, expertly served in a restful atmosphere, with plenty of "Southwestern Style" hospitality. Our menu is neither extensive nor expensive, but everything we do...we try to do extremely well!

as always, good food and excellent service. plenty of food served to you.
have enough staff! we and others had to wait a long time to even get waited on. never got asked if we wanted an appetizer, crackers would be better than nothing. drinks and meals were very slow. the hostess could have gotten drinks for guests if needed. we won't be back.
Great food and service. Don't forget the pie! The Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip pie is big enough for two (or three)!
