I brought in my wedding ring for replating. I was met by a very friendly member of staff who hold the door open for my as I was trying to push a massive pram in. Polite, friendly and professional he answered to all my questions and the service provided was very quick and honest. I'd definitely recommend the place to friends and family from now on.

Took in a very tarnished bracelet to see if it was possible to rescue it. Huge thank to to George who polished it and made it good as new! Done within 15 minutes and free of charge. Thank you so much!

Popped into the Leamington branch to ask if they could polish a silver ring , as I had only just put it on at home brand-new and scratched it against the wall accidentally.They don’t usually do silver, just platinum and gold. But David offered to polish it, whilst waiting I had a chat with Adelaide who seemed very helpful, will certainly go back. when he gave the ring back, it was as if I had just taken it out the box again, so pleased with it. Thanks 😊
