What a terrible company to have to deal with. Once you have signed that dotted line to a house you are immediately treated like dirt. So many issues have arisen with our new build in the first 2 years but we have met the same outcome on every occasion trying to have it rectified by Halsbury (as the house is still under warranty). What an awful terrible company to have to deal with. There is zero customer service and everything and I mean everything is battle with them. You'll have to wait for a reply and if you've complained in the past they will take longer to reply to you (tested this theory with a neighbour). You do get a high quality home (which you pay a premium for let's not forget) but if you have to deal with Halsbury you're in for a treat, and something worth considering for buying off them. I have purposely put off writing a review until the warranty expired on our property purchased in 2021 to give a full and accurate account. The house itself is built to a high quality which is obviously reflected in its price, and we love it. Right, that’s the good stuff out of the way.
