Had the most awful colour here….absolutely nothing like what I asked for and have to have it corrected elsewhere. They’ve said publicly I can have a full refund, yet they won’t actually send it
woman was nice but the haircut was awful. i’ve lost all my confidence. won’t be coming back.
Great atmosphere, really happy with my hair and will definitely be returning.
