The room is tremendously great, clean, spacious, comfy and cozy. The location is the best, close to free 24-hr public park and Alnwick Castle within 3-min walk. The breakfast is super delicious, great portion and outstanding bakery.
Beautiful place to stay literally around the corner from the castle. Great staff, friendly atmosphere. Alow dogs too!
Poor experience from Management showing no empathy or compassion for customers
Amazing service! Rooms were clean and tidy, stunning decor. If it was cold you could turn on the radiators, fan provided for warmer days. TV was hidden away but not in a bad way- only to make the room look more on theme which I loved! Breakfast was great, large selection and overall I would definitely recommend.
