Absolute joke of a business, we brought my wifes Jewellery here to be appraised for insurance purposes and the hope to sell some of it. We were told 2 weeks and we can come back for it, roughly 4 weeks later and multiple visits and phone calls and nothing had been done with it. We got so sick of waiting we turned up to take it back to then be told it was locked in the safe that they didn’t currently have access to too. I have used Hallmark a number of times, for ear piercing and jewellery repairs, and always found the staff polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, I took a broken necklace to be repaired, and the service I received was excellent. The lady who dealt with my query was understanding and not at all pushy when I said that I wanted to repair the chain rather than replace it - she recognised the sentimental value of the chain and why I wanted to keep it.
