Katie, Dick and the team at Hallmark went above and beyond to install carpet for my wife’s aunt on the 15th floor of an upper East Side Manhattan apartment. They got it done right before the freight elevator shut down for 8 months. Phew! Kept me out of trouble with my wife and made her aunt happy with a beautiful carpet installation. I highly recommend their services!
We’ve had Hallmark do multiple jobs in our home (hardwood refinishing, steam cleaning and stretching of existing carpets). Every interaction we have with them is professional and executed perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with their services!
Excellent crew of carpet cleaners, very efficient, kind & professional. Had some significant stains and they managed to remove them completely. Highly recommend Hallmark Floors.
Not sure why my review is disappearing. Hoping it does not disappear again from google. I had a hard time deciding whether I wanted to write a review or not but in the end I felt that it would be more beneficial than not.
