I contacted the surgery by telephone this morning and was initially put through to the automated service. The system gave me the option for a call back once I reached number one in the queue — I was at number 30, so I chose this option. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within just half an hour. I spoke with Euan, who was extremely helpful, professional, and informative. He made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the prompt and professional service I received today.
The new security/chaperone (a man of African background) has very poor mannerisms, often giving unclear instructions by grunting rather than speaking clearly. He definitely needs a course or two in customer service skills
Very poor service for appointment booking system
I recently went to the surgery for advice for my 80 year old mother. She had been to hospital a few weeks before and I was keen to not have her waiting in A & E again as I knew she needed an antibiotic. Giuseppa on reception was very helpful and understanding. She understood I was upset and gave me great advice as well as helping me with my mums urine sample. The lady on reception was so amazing l am so bad at names but my goodness l Was in a really bad place she was so so kind and honestly she was like an Angel l hope to goodness she gets some praise so lucky to have her she has long dark hair the same age as me62 but the kindest heart thank you and l never forget your kindness
