Cancellation process is awful and scam like. Do not join this gym. There's nothing special that you can't find at a cheaper gym. Cancellations are supposed to be reviewed in 1-2 working days and it's been 2 weeks and my subscription is yet to be cancelled. Don't join, it's not worth the price even if they weren't dodgy.
