Very helpful customer service very good
I cannot fault Hairways’ service. I’ve been using them for a while now and their service is impeccable. Everything I’ve ordered has been delivered the next day, in perfect condition and packaging. I wouldn’t order anywhere else.
I hardly ever leave reviews, but today I had help, above and beyond I have ever expected in a hairdressing wholesaler. In my 23 years hairdressing experience, I have had many wholesalers staff not knowing what I am talking about when I ask for help, some try their best, but still don't really know and some don't bother at all!
