I'm a carer and pre booked a week in advance to take an elderly disabled lady for a wash cut and blow dry as a new customer. Got her all ready, travelled from Benfleet to Rayleigh in the traffic only to arrive with my lady in her wheelchair to find the shop empty and the door locked! Lady on the stall outside informed me she had 3 clients cancel on her this morning so had locked up and gone home! Nice!
