Do not recommend this store to anyone for a haircut. My auntie (Shamim) came to this store for a haircut and specifically asked for layers in her hair. The hairstylist Charlotte did not listen to anything she had to say and said to her “we do not do layers” and was too busy focused on other customers. As she saw another client was waiting she did not do her job properly and gave her a slight trim to my hair. The hair colouring as completely wrong. Do not recommend this salon or stylist at all. Charlotte is very polite and professional. I’m really happy with her work and love my hair. I would definitely recommend her.

Quoted price was increased once the job was done. When I made the appointment by phone I requested my hair be cut by a stylist as opposed to the upper-level stylists. As I only needed dead ends removing and a fringe cut which is a simple job. Prior to the appointment the salon informed me Charlotte would be cutting my hair and that the service would cost £30.00.
