I felt that the person who cut my hair was very abrupt and rude when talking about the condition of my hair, also was very judgmental regarding my previous hairdresser. She just kept criticising my hair and did not really give me a solution. I have been in customer service for ever 30 years and they way she spoke to me was horrifying and this was in front of her juniors, I would never consider speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. I shall not be returning.
