Love having ny hair done here, i wanted kerratine treatment was quoted £130 which is excellent to be told i would have to leave a £50 deposit, a deposit for what, so now they wont let me book in cause i am not leaving a huge deposit
it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. My stylist Jaime was incredibly attentive, asking questions to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted, while also offering expert suggestions for my hair type. Thank you so much

I paid £118 for a cut and colour, which washed out after a week. I went back to see if anything could be done about it, to be told I had washed my hair to much and with the wrong shampoo.
