Said to the guy just a tidy up keep the length and thinned out , replied yes yes clearly can't understand what a tidy up is , boy had longish hair by the end it was short !and I mean short ! See if you can't do a simple task don't do the job! Boy got butcherd , not happy !!!!! Not everyone likes there hair short , plus also learn how to cut a fringe the bowl cut is not a good look!!!!!!! won't be back at all !!!! Stay away
