Literally the worst experience. I got extensions on 19th May. I’ve never had extensions before so trusted Jessica with this. She made me aware that the colour wouldn’t 100% match as I red hair but once all dyed it’d match, I accepted that. The hair was literally two different colours - not just slightly. This was fine as I sorted this after dying it myself. It wasn’t until people said my hair wasn’t blended. Jess is amazing! I always leave looking like I have process hair, couldn’t recommend her enough!
Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. My hair has quite a blunt cut and is always getting coloured and Jess blends it perfect every time! Hair quality is so good and lasts a long time and the bonds stay in my hair. The aftercare I receive always makes me feel secure about my hair and valued! I recommend her to everyone!!
