I visited Rachel as she was recommended by a friend. I was looking to change my hair colour. I was not disappointed & was so pleased with the way everything was explained, she said what she thought would work & what wouldn't, suggested alternatives & made sure I was happy with the process from start to finish. I felt at ease & confident in her advice & recommendations. Lovely setting, nothing was too much trouble. Love my hair, would highly recommend. Service was excellent from start to finish...😀...
Rachel knows what I want before I do! She knows what suits you and how to achieve the best look for you. And don't get me started on the head massage! Or the hospitality.... and Reggie and all the other furbabies that pop in to see you. Most relaxing couple of hours of my life 😘
