I had my hair done on 15/11 at the salon, it was supposed to be a balayage, but it does not look like a balayage. The next day I text Emma to give feedback and see what she could do about it, as I didn't like the results because my hair was left with a lot of spots where the bleach didn't have cooked enough and you could see that they looked like stains. I love getting my hair done at Hair by Emma 🙂 The salon itself has a lovely relaxing and intimate atmosphere. I never feel rushed or stressed out, even when I’m trying to decide what to have done which can take me a while! I have been getting my hair coloured by Emma for a few years now, she is amazing and really takes her time to get everything perfect.
