I'm VERY DEVASTATED , what was supposed to be blonde turned orange with red and lilac highlights She charged me £165 for the procedure. Then when my hair was done she said I had to pay an extra £110. (for red hair, when I went there to go blonde, get balayage). I left unhappy with the result and crying a lot. She took all my self-esteem and still took a total of £275. Got a last minute blow dry appointment with Sue before a wedding party and was so happy with the result. Absolutely loved how it came out and Sue was so lovely too. Cannot recommend enough!

Sue was so attentive and overall lovely! She made sure I was happy with everything as we went, offered a drink and was chatty which I love! The colour and cut was truly more than what I expected, I’m so so happy!! Will definitely comeback! Xxx
