The lady did my eyebrow threading and cut a bit of my eyelid. The owners are very lucky that I did not sue them for doing this. I've never had this happen to me in other salons. Very disappointed and unhappy with their service. Will never come here again.
It was my first time getting my hair done in the UK, i was very nervous and hesitant.But they made me feel welcome and gave amazing suggestions and I'm in love with my new hair!! I had nice layer cut and colour as well.Thank you to the kind staff at Baxan salon for everything
