Came into the salon after a bad experience at another place, with yellow-orange hair I thought was beyond saving. I wasn’t feeling great walking in - but Bernie and the entire team were amazing. Super welcoming, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. They looked at my hair, said they could fix it - and they did. Big time. The result was such a huge improvement, and I finally feel confident again. Highly recommend if you're dealing with a colour disaster or just want your hair in an expert hands who really cares.
