I had a property viewing today, hosted by Mehek. I felt very welcomed and wasn’t at all pushed into making an decisions, and she had clear and helpful responses to all my questions, managing to fit me in last minute. I feel very accommodated and helped.

Had a very dodgey experience. Went for a viewing at a flat a few months back. The lady seemed on edge and very VERY pushy which caused a number of red flags. Firstly, the garden was a mess, and there were letters piled up on the inside of the door suggesting many had moved into this place and then moved out. When I asked whose responsibility is the gardens, mine or the landlords, she would reply “we will sort that after you sign”. Red flag number 1.
