My wait was too long. I waited 4 hours, I was told it would only be 1 hour. Won't be back.
First of all wish I can give them more than 5 stars. The manager Kanon and salesman Will are two awesome people. They went the extra mile and then some to help us get into a vehicle with no money down and reasonable payments. They treated us with kindness and wad very respectful, they did some things that most car lots would not do. Highly recommend going to Dodge Kia and speaking with salesman Will and manager kanon, they would do anything in their power to get you what you want and for the lowest cost. once again thank you... read more

Service department staff is amazing, anytime I take my baby in she is well taken care of... and all the car sales men and women are great, very attentive and know their product!

Appointments mean NOTHING to them. They got rid of an amazing service manager (Andrea) and service department has already taken a turn for the worst. The Techs I just found out are very trust worthy and Velma is great. Hope they stay around. Sales staff unprofessional and kia sales office is Horrible.

My 2015 KIA optima died while I was pumping gas. I called to have the vehicle towed and AAA jumped the vehicle. I was able to get home. In the morning my vehicle would not start again so I had it towed to Haddad KIA. First thing in the morning. I was displeased in the fact I could not get a rental for my troubles. I called KIA corporate for additional help and was still denied a rental. Come to find out it is corporate not Haddad that does not allow rentals. My experience was beyond excellent ... Joe Gonzales and Kannon are highly respected my my mother and myself.. These men are not the average salesman trying to just make the deal.. They showed a great caring for us and from just a middle class citizen that's huge..I will be recommending everyone I know to go there ... Just bought my 2017 Sportage Marco my sales agent was awesome!!
I would have given 5 * but the turn in process and not getting my name off the car and they didn't give me my vanity plates turned me off. I loved the car compared to my Benz I wish I would have kept it. But the service is lacking.
