The most unprofessional dealership I have EVER worked with. Most disrespectful staff, most unprofessional manner.

their service dept is a joke. we took a car there for sudden acceleration and they want to play they can't find anything. I called their bluff and researched the problem. they know of the problem and are told not to tell the public. now they are forcing us to pick up the car. thanks for caring about safety. smocks.

I went online and made an appointment for Kia Service. I arrived at my appointed time to be told I did not have an appointment. I was told someone should have called me to confirm it. The manager told me they never look at the website. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. To make matters worse, the manager was completely indifferent to my situation and offered me an appointment 2 weeks away. I guess they receive so many complaints they have become hard... read more

My mom had the worst experience with a sales person named Pam yesterday. She was extremely unprofessional. My mom simply told Pam she didn’t decide on the car just yet because she wants to make sure she is getting a good deal. Pam went inside stirring up drama and came out saying her boss feels as though his integrity was being challenged. Needless to say my mom went to GMC where she bought a car and was treated like a Queen!

Car is running great after having a recall engine fix. But the sales people there treat you as a number. They tell you they’ll call you back and they won’t, my car was there a month before it was repaired when I got it it was dirty and they left service tags all inside! You guys have ppl to clean cars on lot but you can’t return your customers car back with a simple wash?

It’s just sucks I love my Kia. The sales people are awesome � but the Service department is the worst� how can you be rude to your customers I just don’t get it don’t you want a job � even the supervisor over the Service department wow is a witch and then ask like she’s doing me a favor. You will be getting my car back and I will not be getting a new one. One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch
