RecommendedGot a great deal on 4 new tires and discount om my alignment. James Juarez the assistant manager took real good care of my car needs. He needs to be rewarded fir best customer service. Been going here since I purchased my Kia Sportage. Also they took care of my fuse recall. I recommend this establishment.
The service department is a total mess, Communication is horrible the customer relations is horrible. The only thing that matters to them is making a profit!! I was also told that the newer models take priority over older models. I took a month to get my car back.
My oil change went well. I waited for my car and worked. My car was ready in 2 hours which wasn’t bad considering there were quite a few people ahead of me:-)

I purchased a car from you last month. Angel, from finance, was supposed to send me my copies of my paperwork as well as payment information. He has not as of yet. I just called and the twat who answers your phone has GOT to be related to someone higher up. She really, really sucks at her job. I was trying to explain what I needed help with, short and sweet, and she interrupted me to moan "mmmhmm" every other millisecond. To date, Deepaul was the only decent one I've dealt with.
