The worst service department I have ever had to deal with in thirty years. A perfect example of making a bad name for a good product. They have nice cars from Dodge and Kia but nobody wants to have to use their service department. Anyone needing repairs I would suggest finding another repair facility. I have called them twice in a week and they haven't returned my calls. The sad part is they have my car. Not sure if they are repairing or just letting it depreciate. This has happened on prior occasions, not just once.

HADDAD KIA HAS THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED AND NOTHING!! THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING US THE RUN AROUND AND DONT CARE TO HELP SINCE WERE NOT IN BAKERSFIELD. KIA MANUFACTURED A SHIT CAR WITH A SHIT ENGINE!! As a customer service manager for retail .I recognized good customer service . I had a coupon for another location the receptionist was able to honor that specific coupon and added a free wash . Thanks again😁
