Extremely disappointed. I brought in a sentimental watch for servicing and strap replacement. After lengthy discussions, I was reassured they knew what they were doing, but the experience turned out to be frustrating. I was promised a call when the watch was ready, but never received one and had to visit the store multiple times. After taking the watch home, it stopped working. Me and my wife had a great experience with this jewellers. The gentleman who served us was nice and pleasant to deal with. We exchanged old gold for a new gold necklace. We are already planning on returning to do some more shopping. I highly recommend shopping here.

Had the battery in my Suunto dive computer replaced here. Service was excellent, quick, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back if I need any jewellery work or battery replacements for other watches. Highly recommend!
