I’ve been going to H&A since the end of 2023… for different reasons to most. It’s been part of my journey towards better self care. The team are wonderful. Each member tries to get to know you. The owners have learnt a little of my story and are so supportive. They always recognise regulars and go out of their way to please each person. Anna and Kevin work so hard to make people happy and often that means a very busy salon and occasional wait times. However they have a range of drinks for free and I enjoy the wait! Really poor service. I visited for a BIAB infill having had the first set put on about a month previously. Arrived at 8.58am (the shop opens at 9am, which I had booked for) to find every single station full and a queue out the door. I was told ‘10/15 minutes’ and eventually seen after waiting nearly an hour. The technician was obviously unwell and kept coughing and sneezing over my hands. Lovely place with lovely staff. Such skilled workers! They prefer cash but you can use card which is a massive bonus for me as I’m always cashless and all nail bars seem to just use cash !
