Slipped on a wet floor in a pub. Floor had been mopped with no signs. Hurt my back and elbow. They came to my house to take my statement and photos. Pub's insurance paid fairly.
Went down hard on the broken steps outside the opticians entrance doors at the front of the building near the car park entrance gates area walkway. Steps were crumbling to bits, proper dangerous they were, health hazard ironically at an opticians, ridiculous really, shouldn't be allowed, closed down immediately. Hurt my knee and wrist. Opticians said they'd log it but didn't bother. They came to my flat and got it handled.
Car got written off by someone running a stop sign near the sixth form entrance at pick up time afternoon rush hour chaos and mayhem. Total disaster timing with the kids to ferry about everywhere daily for activities and clubs, drama lessons, music practice. They sorted a replacement motor same day and came round that evening to make sure I understood it all clearly.
