I started nearly a moth ago from another gym, I was really nervous but the team made me feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. All the classes are different so you never get board and comfortable, never been to a gym where they make working out a laugh before! Would recommend to anyone at whatever stage of their fitness journey 💪 💙

Absolutely loving the circuits at GymSpace Ormskirk! The lads made me feel right at ease from day one! Nobody ever feels like a newbie coz everything is so well explained and shown ahead of time and the lads are always on hand to support, guide and encourage 💙 the HIIT class is brilliant too and is such a sweaty session, I love it but only once it's finished!!! Great classes with a fab community atmosphere. Found everyone to be really friendly. No egos in this place just people getting on with their own fitness goals. Lots of variety so keeps you on your toes without repetitive and boring classes
