Started at thd gym in 2020. I was told by orthopaedic consultant , that gentle exercise would be good for my back. Glad to say it has helped me tremendously ! Ladies of various ages, sizes and different health needs attend , there is an exercise programne for everyone . Plus i have lost nearly 2 stones and that's with lock down! plus my back feels good x
