I won their assessment plus two free workout raffle. (Not at all pushy for me to commit to buying sessions they understood my position) I Loved the experience. The assessment felt thorough both the current state of your body, your history, your goals and what your lifestyle looks like. Makayna the trainer I was match with was great she worked with and around my toddler. Doctor J is the best! She built my capacity from barely hanging on, to GSDF (hire her and you'll know). I am working out regularly on my own now, only because she helped me get there. Educational? Yes. Progress based on capabilities? Yes. Fun? Yes. Worth it? Every dime!

Saw GymGuys on the Hampton Roads show and thought- I’m going to give them a call The opportunity to have equipment brought to my home and strength train with a skilled and knowledgeable trainer, that was a game changer for me. I’ve appreciated my sessions and continue to enjoy my training sessions in my home.

Dr. J is amazing! I’m really enjoying the workouts. She is knowledgable, explains every move clearly, and is so motivating! I feel really lucky to have her as a coach.
