Doctor J is the best! She built my capacity from barely hanging on, to GSDF (hire her and you'll know). I am working out regularly on my own now, only because she helped me get there. Educational? Yes. Progress based on capabilities? Yes. Fun? Yes. Worth it? Every dime!
