Debbie and her staff have been working with my 87 year old mom for about 8 months now. Two months ago, my Soldier and I were looking for motivation to do just enough strength training to pass the new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). To paint the picture of where we started two months ago, my Soldier and I did not understand the correct way to lift weights. I worked out with a Zane trainer for two months on a trip to Hawaii. Zane was the best trainer I've ever met. It was a simple and easy move, but 10 minutes after I started exercising, I sweated and had a good exercise effect. I hesitated to do pt while traveling, but I think I did a great job this time. I'm very satisfied.
We love the team at Gym Guys.. They are helping my wife with rehab from a stroke and their creativity and energy has produced fantastic results..I highly recommend them! Mahalo Gym Guys Team...
