I am not one to write a review for ANYTHING, but I felt that for this I would make an exception. We have been working with GYMGUYZ for 10 weeks now and have been more than satisfied with both Jessica and Emily as our trainers. I am 73 and my wife is 76. Both of us are in reasonably good physical condition other than the usual old people aches and pains. Emily has kicked our butts in a good way. Its so easy to give up, but she does not let you. I’ve always thought I was a tough guy. Then…I spent 3 months in the hospital. When I came home, I was faced with at least a year of healing, recovery, and rehab.
